Ginger Tea

Ginger Tea : Makes 6 Servings

1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh ginger

6 cups water



2 tablesppons honey or brown sugar

lemon wedges for garnish if desired

In a saucepan, simmer ginger and water 20 minutes, or longer for stronger tea.

Add honey or sugar and strain tea through a sieve set over a teapot. Serve tea garnish with lemon wedges.
