Earth Mosaic is a South African based effort to create a mosaic image of the earth using photos submitted from around the earth.
The Earth Mosaic project started out as one man’s idea to do something significant, involving photography. Something global. After mentioning his idea to a friend who suggested doing it on Earth Day, just like that, the project had an aim and a deadline.
Here’s your chance to be a part of something totally awesome:
